By accessing or using Klipia ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Klipia is an AI-powered platform that generates short product video clips from static product images. The Service is designed to help e-commerce sellers on platforms such as Mercado Libre create engaging visual content for their listings. Credits are consumed each time a clip is generated.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Klipia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Klipia operates on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits per billing cycle. Credits expire at the end of each billing period and are not carried over. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload images you do not own or do not have the right to use commercially.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond its intended use.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Klipia a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your clips. The AI-generated video clips are owned by you upon successful generation. Klipia retains all rights to its platform, models, interfaces, and underlying technology.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Klipia uses generative AI models to produce video content. While we strive for quality and relevance, we cannot guarantee that every generated clip will meet your expectations or be free of errors. Generated content is provided "as is." Klipia is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use generated content.

8. Modifications to the Service

Klipia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klipia and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
